Sägewerk Haselmühle is picturesquely nestled in the idyllic Allgäu region. The two managing directors, Armella and Robert, grew up in the forest and are the fourth generation to manage their own forests. They are driven by their passion for wood as a raw material and their commitment to regional value creation. They consciously break with the conventional, often conservative ideas of the timber industry and stand for modern values.

This is exactly what their appearance should reflect: a modern, rustic aesthetic with a feminine touch - sustainability as a matter of course that needs no further explanation.

There is a special magic in the air at the Haselmühle sawmill at certain times of the day. When the sun rises over the forest in the morning and the first rays bathe the fine wood dust in a golden light, an almost romantic atmosphere is created. Even in the evening hours, when dusk envelops the area in warm colours, the sounds of the sawmill merge with the tranquillity of the surrounding nature to form a harmonious whole.

The smell of freshly cut wood permeates the air - a scent that is both familiar and calming. The people who work here appreciate the simplicity of what they do. They dedicate themselves to work that is honest and unaffected, borne by a deep respect for the raw material wood and the environment from which it comes. Here, between the gnarled tree trunks and the rhythmic sound of the machines, you can see how craftsmanship and nature are connected - a life that is grounded, simple and characterised by a special beauty.
